Step 1 Notarization of Document
If the required documents that need to be apostilled have not yet been notarized, we can provide a Mobile Notary to come to you either at your office or home.
If you go to your local Notary, we can communicate with the Notary to make sure he/she is knowledgeable regarding the Notarization of Apostilled documents. We can also provide required Notarial Verbiage in the form of Acknowledgement/Affidavit Certificates if needed.
Step 2 Notarized Document Review
Forward us a scanned copy of the Notarized Page of document. Do not include the contents of the document for privacy purposes. Apostilles.com will review to make sure document will be accepted by the County Clerk for Authentication. We will make recommendations if any required text is either missing or needs to be corrected.
Important: Our Notary Public verification service entails us sending the document to the respective County Clerk to make sure the Notary’s commission is on file and the signature on file matches the signature on the document.
Step 3 Retrieval of Vital Records and Educational Documents
Government Certified Vital Records include Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, Divorce Decrees and State Corporation Documents. If you need to retrieve these records for Apostille purposes we can be of assistance. Our customer service team is experienced in procuring these documents and will speak to you directly to be of assistance.
Although Educational Documents such as diplomas, transcripts etc are not Government Vital records they require consideration. We assist with contacting the University or School and making sure the document in the correct format is created so that it can be apostilled.
